Fini Flight

Scott's "fini flight" was a lot of fun...the guys tied him to the rail on the jet, Braden and Carter sprayed him with water, a choice few of us sprayed champagne on him, and finally, he got hosed down by the fire fighters!

Green Mountain Boys Farewell

Great farewell party with our friends and squadron mates and families, the pilots from the 134th fighter squadron here in Vermont. Awesome going-away gifts from an awesome operational squadron, a tail fin AND plaque! It was great fun but a little sad because we love Vermont so much!!

   
                                                 

Ice Cream Man

During the Spring Break, we went to the Carter's house for a play date, and the sound of the ice cream truck soon hit the air...the girls were really excited, and Braden was in awe (he said "the ice cream man has NEVER EVER been to my house!!) Truth be told, the ice cream man has been to our neighborhood, I just never told the boys what it was. So now, I guess the gig is up! Of course, we had to stop and buy ice creams! Braden was in heaven!

Tiny Tumbler's Open Gym

After boys' haircuts and a date out to lunch w/ my boys, we went to the Green Mountain Gymnastics open gym for the first time...and hour and a half of constant fun!

Our first Snowman!

Funny, I lived in Colorado for four years and now Vermont for two, and this is my/our first snowman! I guess I was never interested before, but with a three year old, everything is fun!

Toy Library

Decided it's time to start back with the weekly playgroups...we haven't been to this one very often because Braden is usually at Christy's on Fridays, but now that Carter is getting older, it's time for him to get to go even if Braden is not with us!


The Toy Library is great because you can borrow a toy or two for the week, and donate ones when you're through. Very good idea!

Relishing the warm-ish Weather

Really haven't got anything fun or exciting to post, we've been doing same-old same-old...parks parks parks! Whenever we have a nice day we're outside...getting very cold soon!

Completely different day and park, just wanted to share my Mohawk boy with you!

Braden has been going to Christy's a couple days a week, and we're all working really really hard on the potty training...as soon as that's done he's headed to preschool!

Mom and Greg visit to VT

Fun week with Mom and Greg--beach, park, church, Champlain Valley Fair, train ride to Stowe, ECHO aquarium...the boys and I are sad to see it coming to an end!

Champlain Valley Fair

We spent Monday at the fair with Mom and Greg...even though it was really hot, it was a great day! Just like last year, Braden loved the circus,the lion and tiger show and the baby animal farm. We didn't even need to go on the rides with so much else to see and do!

Splash Playground

We've been meaning all summer to check out the new splash playground at the pool right by my house, but this afternoon is the first time we went...cute, fun way to cool off!
