Happy New Year

Christmas Number 3

Our boys are so spoiled, we did a Christmas with my Dad and Pat, Christmas day they opened a ton of presents, then Grammy and Papa Seigfried came down and we opened so many more! Even though I was battling the flu, it was wonderful to see them and the Adams (my sister-in-law and family).

Busch Gardens Christmas Town

Everyone but me went to Busch Gardens for their Christmas Town...I came down with the flu! Anyway, from what I heard the kids had tons of fun. This was taken by Scott...probably Grammy or Aunt Amy have better pictures?!?

Skylander Christmas

As always, it takes hours to wrap the presents and minutes to unwrap them! Wonderful Christmas this year with my Dad and step-Mom at our home, lots of great gifts and lots of love!

Christmas Eve Church Service

We tried out a new church for Christmas Eve, and it was great! Very short service, which was perfect with little kids :) I LOVE doing the candle light service, so happy the boys got to enjoy it too!

Ballard Family Christmas

We did an early Christmas with Grammoo and Pappoo so that the kids could play with the gifts from Dad and Pat while they were here...so much fun! Great idea, especially for kids who get a LOT for Christmas :)

WonderLab

Saturday afternoon we drove up to Bloomington, Indiana, to see the beautiful city, have a great dinner, and to check out the WonderLab museum for the kids---GREAT fun!

Polar Express in French Lick, Indiana

My Mom got us all tickets to the Polar Express about 45 minutes from their house...so much fun! Extra fun since we all wore our Christmas PJs. Of course we had to watch the movie the night before so we were well aware that the hot-hot-hot hot chocolate would be arriving :)

Happy Indiana Thanksgiving!

My Mom and Step-Dad just moved to Bedford, Indiana so my Step-Dad could accept a calling from the Calvary Lutheran Church there. BIG transition moving from California, and it's wonderful to see them happy in their beautiful new home. It's a 10+ hour drive for us, so we left Wednesday and arrived Thanksgiving morning to a wonderful Thanksgiving meal! Thanks Mom!

9 Months Old

A couple of new developments I want to share this month!
--TWO teeth! Seems like she's been teething forever, so glad we're getting through the teething stage fairly easily!
--FINALLY she will take a bottle of formula! I've been trying to introduce it to her for months---this way, others can feed her!--and for some reason it finally clicked. In fact, I think we're all done with nursing...mixed feelings about that but I know she's got the benefits for so long and this is best for our family. So, yea Stella!

All of a sudden, baby girl can pull herself up to standing! She's loving her new play table too. I'm thinking our weekend project is to get those baby gates installed...

PS. Thank you Cheryl for the sweet outfit from England, her first present ever! Everyone was excited when we found out I was having a girl, and on her vacation Cheryl decided she needed something pink!
